Commerce Bank Selects Solex to Provide Online Lending Solution.

Kansas City bank increases RV and Marine loan decision speed through new lending portal

Idaho Falls, Idaho, April 16, 2007 - Solex, an online lending solution, announced today that Kansas City, Mo.-based Commerce Bank (NASDAQ - CBSH), has committed to use Solex to provide an online lending solution that will streamline the loan process with RV and Marine industry dealers, enabling immediate loan decisions.

The Solex solution is unique in that it is designed specifically for the consumer-lending marketplace and can effectively connect lenders and dealers through the Web, providing dealers with instant financing options and compliant loan documents. It is a strategic tool for companies like Commerce Bank, because it reduces the loan process time for dealers and increases the likelihood of providing pre-qualified and profitable loans to customers. As a result, Solex enables lenders and dealers to make each sales transaction as cost-effective as possible.

“Solex’s design and functionality is based on proven loan automation expertise. Lenders that can connect with dealers quickly and effectively will gain a sizeable advantage within the marketplace,” said Ty Jenkins, CEO of Solex, LLC. “Solex is designed around research to ensure that the loan process is efficient as possible “

According to Commerce Bank executives, the company wanted an online lending solution that was scalable for use in RV and Marine dealerships across the United States. Commerce Bank selected Solex primarily because their solution can maximize operational efficiency and provide a better customer experience with the loan process.

“Solex’s online lending technology automates and ensures lending compliance and document tracking, which will give dealers an incentive to come to us for RV and Marine loans, enhancing our revenue stream,” said Gary Thomas, vice president of Dealer Financial Services for Commerce Bank. “Additionally, it will increase the productivity and customer service of our staff.”
