Client Support Specialist (C.S.S.)
Job Description
The Client Support Specialist represents the company and our ability to offer quick and efficient solutions to our customers. Each specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a strong customer base and a competitive product.
As a critical member of the Solex team the C.S.S. will be responsible for day-to-day customer requests. Each specialist should have the ability to work in a task based environment and quickly resolve problems. The C.S.S is responsible for managing their queue, and documenting each task.
Duties & Requirements
- Responsible for overall ownership of any and all tasks assigned to them
- Able to Multi-task
- Trouble shoot a variety of technical issues
- Communicate with the client in a language the client understands
- Use cognitive thinking to determine the best course of action to resolve any given task
- Represent Solex and its products and services to the client professionally and accurately
- Maintain relationships with the users of our products
- Responds and works to resolve customer questions and concerns
- Contributes to the process involved in development and direction of software products
- Maintain internal customer databases and keep all customer items updated.
