The minute you sign up as a customer we’ll partner you with a Solex Account Manager who will handle all your questions, concerns, and requests. Your Account Manager will get to know you, your company, and your individual needs so whenever you call you'll get personalized, familiar service. We understand that your successful interaction with our staff helps your company be more efficient. Your Account Manager will walk you through the Solex system, help you configure the settings for your operations and answer any questions you might have.
Training
Solex offers customers free product training. Then, for as long as you remain a customer, the Solex training staff is always available to help with questions or concerns. The training process is very simple and conveniently web-based. A Solex training specialist will work with you directly at your convenience. There are no time limits and no hidden charges, so you may take as long as you need to feel comfortable with the system.

For as long as you are a customer, Solex provides free technical support. From small computer glitches to broad networking problems, our technicians carry the experience and expertise necessary to get you up and running, usually within a couple hours.
