Our legal and compliance departments have over a decade of experience in maintaining loan documents and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and lender guidelines. The legal department specializes in issues affecting lenders including the requirements of the Truth-in-Lending Act and state laws governing lending activities.
Automatic Document Updates
State and Lender documents are updated automatically. With Solex there is no question if you have the most up-to-date documents required by lender, federal and state agencies. Security agreements and all other lender documents are updated automatically whenever a change is made, ensuring you’re always compliant.
Data Integrity Tests
The Data Integrity Test is an automatic feature that alerts the user to any omitted fields or questionable entries. This test runs automatically when the user moves from screen to screen. The user is notified of any inaccurate or missing data and shown where to fix the problem. Performing these tests ensures that the loan documents are accurate and complete.
