Strong Project Management tools are absolutely vital to product implementation. That’s why our implementation team is required to become Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through the Project Management Institute. Our integration plan is broken into 5 basic phases, inside each are sub-stages.
Phases of Implementation:
Phase 1. Initiation
Discovery…understanding the specific needs.
Phase 2. Planning
Development of the schedule, scope and deliverables, Milestone development, final schedule roll up, resource loading.
Phase 3. Execution
Preparing deliverables and meeting requirements.
Phase 4. Controlling
Quality assurance of end product, scope management and schedule management.
Phase 5. Closing
Project wrap up, stabilization, customer acceptance of deliverables, lessons learned and detailing enhancements for future needs.
